Brittany is a Director on the Insight Onsite team. She supports Insight Partners growing B2C portfolio, advising on performance marketing, lifecycle and integrated marketing, martech and analytics, organic growth, and retention. Se also engages in operational due diligences for B2C companies where marketing is a core component of the investment thesis.
Prior to Insight, Brittany led the client services department at Direct Agents, a full-service digital marketing agency, where she focused on e-commerce and consumer subscription services. She also has a background in SaaS sales and online marketplaces.
Brittany holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Indiana, where she graduated with a degree in Journalism. In her free time, Brittany enjoys exploring the many coffee shops of her Brooklyn neighborhood with her dog, Zeus.
Charlie Gallagher joined Insight in 2019. Charlie works on the Sales Center of Excellence, where he drives go-to-market strategies with Insight's portfolio companies and evaluates prospective investments with go-to-market due diligence.
Prior to joining Insight, Charlie worked in Business Operations at Xandr, a New York-based advertising technology company, where he supported the President, CFO, and Sales leadership across a 450 person go-to-market organization with strategy and day-to-day execution.
Prior to that, Charlie worked in M&A and restructuring advisory at Greenhill, an investment bank. Notable projects included advising on a merger-of-equals in the payment processing space and an out-of-court restructuring of an exploration and production oil and gas company.
Charlie graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and a concentration in Finance.
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Charlie enjoys soccer, skiing, finding the best Italian restaurants in New York, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
Portia joined Insight in 2021 with deep experience working with executive teams in an advisory capacity. As a Senior Director in the Onsite Talent Center of Excellence, Portia works closely with Insight's portfolio companies and an array of industry groups to manage and expand the Executive Network, with the express purpose of promoting Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging across the senior leadership teams partnered with Insight.
Prior to joining Insight, Portia was an Executive Recruiting Manager at Lyft, leading a number of management searches across different functional areas as the business scaled. Before Lyft, Portia was a Senior Associate at Korn Ferry, where she focused on placing leaders across the technology sector. Portia began her executive search career at On-Ramps, a boutique, New York based executive search firm that exclusively serves the non-profit sector. There, she successfully executed 70+ leadership searches, while managing internal recruitment and pioneering diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Originally from Maryland, Portia holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Boston College and earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places, visiting family owned vineyards, and binge watching human interest documentaries.
Christina joined the Insight Onsite Corporate Marketing team in 2017. As the Director of Portfolio Experience, she focuses on providing Insight's portfolio companies with knowledge, connections, resources, and partnership opportunities.
Prior to Insight, she developed innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships for a variety of clients as an independent consultant. Before that, she spent three years leading marketing partnerships for General Assembly. While growing up in Boston, Christina co-founded a philanthropic venture and interned at iHeartMedia, Facebook, Breakaway Ventures, Hearst, Entrepreneur First, and WeWork. These experiences inspired her to design an Individualized Field of Study in Entrepreneurship and become President of GW Entrepreneurs Club at George Washington University.
Rachel joined Insight in 2021 as a Vice President on the Insight Onsite team, where she advises portfolio companies on building more representative, equitable, and inclusive teams.
Prior to Insight, Rachel spent more than five and a half years at Google, where she recruited for sales and strategy roles, and led diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives for the global recruiting division. Her most recent work included launching a global program management office (PMO) that reimagined hiring through the lens of racial equity; building diversity, equity and inclusion metrics into performance assessments for a 3,000+ member org; and leading an immersive professional development program for computer science faculty who serve historically underrepresented students in the tech industry.
She also brings experience in strategy, talent and operations across the nonprofit and public affairs sectors, including her role as Chief of Staff for Teach For America in Washington, DC.
Rachel holds a B.A. in political science and communications from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her spare time, you'll find her cheering for the Bills, listening to 90s R&B, reading historical fiction, and finding the next great show to binge watch on Netflix.
Dawit joined Insight in 2021. At Insight Dawit works on the Sales and Customer Success Center of Excellence, where he drives go-to-market strategies with Insight's portfolio companies and evaluates prospective investments with go-to-market due diligence. Prior to joining, Dawit was an analyst at Citi assisting in the origination, structuring, and execution of equity derivative based deals.
Dawit graduated cum laude from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Management.
Originally from Seattle, Dawit enjoys exploring hiking and biking routes near his hometown. He is a lifelong Seahawks fan and is actively improving his culinary skills.
