CTSpace provides an online software solution for project management and collaboration on the design, construction and operation of capital projects and facilities. CTSpace’s solution automates and streamlines business processes and communications within and across enterprises, resulting in reduced project risk, shortened project schedules and reduced overall project cost. The Company’s software is delivered on an ASP basis, with customer data, including project documents, RFPs, approvals, and invoices stored on CTSpace servers within the CTSpace software framework. Formed as a congleration of other smaller venture-backed ASPs in the space.

CTSpace was acquired by the Sword Group in December 2007.
