In 1999, the founders of DBassociatesIT created new methodologies for rapid database backup for Microsoft’s popular SQL Server platform. The technology is based on high performance, low impact compression technology. These new methodologies were designed into an easy-to-install, easy-to-use and highly cost-effective software package that reduces backup and recovery requirements. The software was designed to mirror the commands for native SQL Server backup, making the learning curve extremely short. The product is called SQL LiteSpeed.
The market demand for SQL LiteSpeed has more than doubled every quarter since its introduction in 2000. In conjunction with a multi-tiered sales and marketing effort, including leveraging co-op opportunities with Microsoft (DBassociatesIT is a Gold Certified Partner), SQL LiteSpeed has already garnered global customer acceptance. Customers have enthusiastically offered testimonials to explain the rapid business benefits they have come to enjoy with the product. Companies like Microsoft, Merrill Lynch, JD Edwards and Symantec and are realizing the benefits of using the product.
