Edward Delk

Edward Delk joined Insight in 2009. He was previously Associate General Counsel at TIAA-CREF in New York and prior to that Principal at The Vanguard Group, Inc. in Pennsylvania. His responsibilities at TIAA-CREF and Vanguard included organizing and supporting the operation and regulatory compliance of mutual funds and hedge funds, representing advisers and funds before the SEC and the CFTC, preparing compliance policies and procedures, and negotiating advisory agreements, derivative contracts, operating agreements and other contracts. Prior to joining Vanguard, Edward practiced law at Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells LLP and Schulte, Roth & Zabel, LLP in New York. He began his career at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP in Washington, D.C. Edward has a B.A. in English literature from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
