LOS ALTOS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kasten, a market leader in cloud-native data management, today announced a $14 million Series A round led by Insight Partners, bringing the company’s total funding to $17 million to date. The Series A financing builds on an exceptional year for Kasten which saw a rapidly growing roster of enterprise customers that are scaling cloud-native deployments. The investment will be used to grow all areas of the company including sales, engineering, and marketing, in addition to creating an R&D center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Michael Triplett, managing director of Insight Partners, will join Kasten’s Board of Directors.
