IRVINE, Calif. and NEW YORK — May 24, 2017 — Resolve SystemsⓇ, the only enterprise-wide incident response and automation platform for security, IT and network operations today announced that it has been acquired by Insight Venture Partners (“Insight”), a leading global private equity and venture capital firm focused on high-growth in software, internet and data service companies. The terms of acquisition have not been disclosed. Pacific Crest Securities, a division of KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Resolve Systems in connection with this transaction.

The Insight investment will enable Resolve Systems to further extend its leading position in the Incident Response & Resolution market by accelerating its product capabilities, and expanding its global sales, support and delivery infrastructure.
