NEW YORK, Oct 08, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) — SFX Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest producer of live events and entertainment content focused exclusively on electronic music culture (EMC), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 20 million shares of common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by SFX Entertainment.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “SFXE” on October 9, 2013. SFX has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 3 million additional shares at the initial public offering price less the underwriting discount to cover over-allotments, if any.
UBS Securities LLC, Jefferies LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and BTIG, LLC are acting as co-managers.
