James Green joined Insight in 2016. Prior to joining Insight, James was one of the first employees at carwow, a UK online new car marketplace and he was later an analyst at Greenvault Partners, a search fund based out of Boston. James graduated from Harvard University receiving a degree in cognitive neuroscience and evolutionary psychology. Within his studies, James focused on group psychology and how biases can affect day to day business activities. Furthermore, while at Harvard, James helped co-found Andon Analytics, a manufacturing software solution for real time analytics on the factory floor. Additionally, James was also a letter winning four-year varsity athlete on the heavyweight crew team. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan of all types and enjoys cooking, reading and exploring new countries.
