Jordan Katz is Co-Founder of Predictive Workplace Strategies. Predictive is dedicated to boosting the performance of companies within the portfolio by applying predictive analytics to employee management strategies. In his practice, Jordan utilizes Behavioral Economics and Organizational Psychology to develop candidate attraction models, candidate sourcing strategies, predictive pre-hire assessments, and training. These analytics-based strategies enable the portfolio companies to significantly reduce time to hire, cost per hire and turnover while at the same time increase candidate volume, performance to targets, and growth.
Prior to founding Predictive, Jordan executed strategy consulting and analytics projects in the food and beverage, manufacturing, SaaS, financial services and medical device industries while at Gallup, Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint, Capgemini and Ocean Tomo.
Jordan received a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business.
