Nick Barber

Vice President, Growth Platform

Nick Barber is a Vice President on the Insight Onsite Team. He works closely with portfolio companies to develop analyst relations strategies and thought leadership programs to accelerate growth.

Prior to Insight, Nick was the lead analyst at Forrester Research for digital experience technologies including content management systems, digital asset management and video. He pioneered new research at Forrester called Experience Architecture (XA) which looked across platforms, partners and practices to create differentiated customer experiences.  

Prior to Forrester, Nick was a content creator and journalist at IDG, the global technology media company, where he produced more than 3,000 articles and videos for PC World, Macworld, Computerworld and others. His work has also appeared on, ABC News and in a major motion picture. 

Nick also has a decade of experience teaching journalism and marketing courses at Boston University, where he also earned a B.S. in journalism. Outside the office he enjoys spending time with his family at the Jersey Shore.
