Ross Devor joined Insight in 2013 and invests across enterprise software, with experience in application and infrastructure software companies. Ross invests in both majority and minority transactions, with a focus on North American and European buyouts. Ross currently oversees the investments or is on the board of Automile, Diligent, E2open, Fourth, Turnitin and WorkForce Software. Ross works closely with the management teams of his investments to support their expansion and operational initiatives, leveraging Insight’s deep portfolio resources. Additionally, Ross has consummated numerous add-on acquisitions driving significant inorganic growth.
Prior to joining Insight, Ross was a member of the investment team at Thoma Bravo, completing multiple platform and follow-on software investments. Previously, Ross worked in the Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley.
Ross graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Economics. He lives in New York with his wife, who together enjoy finding new spots in the city as well as traveling abroad. Originally from Massachusetts and Minnesota, Ross is still learning to enjoy New York sporting events.
