Rachel joined Insight in 2008. Prior to joining, Rachel worked for American Express in strategy and marketing roles. Rachel spent most of her time in the Strategic Planning Group, where she evaluated business strategy and growth opportunities across all areas of the company, including new business concepts, partnership opportunities, customer segmentation, and technology planning. She also held a marketing role in the consumer card business, focused on new product development and innovative channels. Rachel graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a B.S. in economics.
