Back in 2021, we met the founders of Sweep—Ido and Eran—who were tackling this very problem. The more companies we spoke with, the clearer it became: building and maintaining the right CRM configuration is a persistent struggle, especially as businesses and strategies evolve over time. Ido and Eran’s track record, including their successful exit of Flok to Wix (another Insight portfolio company), convinced us they were the right team to build a customer-centric, easy to use platform.
