Rachel Geller joined Insight in 2008. As a Managing Director on the Insight Onsite team, she leads Onsite’s Strategy & Analytics center of excellence, and is responsible for managing due diligence on Insight investments and strategic engagements with portfolio company executives. Within Insight’s portfolio, her focus areas include growth strategy, pricing and operational support including data analytics and M&A.
Rachel has evaluated more than twenty M&A transactions for Insight's portfolio companies, helping them grow through acquisition. She has provided investment and growth support for Conga, HealthcareSource (acquired by Francisco Partners), Kinnser (acquired by Mediware), eVestment (acquired by NASDAQ) and HauteLook (acquired by Nordstrom).
Prior to joining Insight, Rachel worked as a strategy consultant in American Express' strategic planning group, where she evaluated business strategy and growth opportunities across the company. She was also a marketer responsible for new product and concept development, customer research and launch planning.
Rachel graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She resides in Chicago with her husband and two children.
