Samma joined Insight in 2020 to lead the Onsite team’s Customer Success Center of Excellence following a decade of experience at startups and scaleups in learning tech, health tech, and martech.
Previously, Samma was the Vice President of Customer Success at Thought Industries, a learning technology company based in Boston, where she established and managed the entire post-sale motion (onboarding, implementation, support, customer success, and customer training), significantly improving the company’s net and gross retention performance.
Samma has also held customer success strategy, operations, CX, and CSM roles at CareCloud, a cloud-based electronic health records and revenue cycle management solutions provider, and BrightEdge, a content marketing/SEO technology provider which Insight invested in 2013.
Prior to tech, Samma worked for recognized international development organizations in Africa, Asia, and Europe. She completed her Masters at the London School of Economics and her Bachelors at the University of California, Berkeley.
Outside of work, Samma is passionate about family, exercising, cooking, the outdoors, and volunteering.
