At Insight IGNITE, building profound connections between Insight, our portfolio of software companies, and enterprise leaders in the Global 2000s is at the heart of our mission. When we were introduced to the T200 Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to elevating women executives and C-suite leaders in technology, it was evident that this was a special connection. In a rapidly evolving technological landscape, diverse perspectives, experiences, and voices are the catalysts that ignite innovation, drive meaningful change, and shape a future that is inclusive and equitable for all. T200’s commitment to expanding its community and platform perfectly aligned with our values, prompting IGNITE to forge a partnership.

A partnership advancing diversity and gender equality

Today, we are thrilled to officially announce IGNITE’s partnership with T200. Embarking on this strategic journey with T200 Foundation is part of Insight’s mission to support diversity and gender equality. This collaboration deeply resonates with the firm’s vision for an innovative future in technology, and supporting T200 aligns seamlessly with our commitment to fostering excellence and leadership across industries.

Part of Insight Partners offerings, Insight IGNITE brings 2000+ enterprise tech executives exclusive access to our investment and market perspectives, 750+ portfolio companies and their founders, and a network of peers driving digital change. This partnership, the first of its kind with global software investor Insight Partners, grants T200 members unique access to the firm’s executives, investment theses, and enterprise-ready portfolio through exclusive events, briefings, and programming led by Insight IGNITE. This initiative underscores the need for greater diversity in the business world, and growing importance of diversity in technology innovation.

Creating a sustainable ecosystem for the next generation of women leaders

T200 Foundation, established in 2016 by a small group of women technology executives, has grown into a powerful network aiming to connect at least 200 C-level women technology executives from large-cap companies. However, accomplishing this further highlighted the pipeline problem for women in technology — the challenge of elevating capable women into leadership positions. The foundation’s solution was T200Lift, a community initiative launched in 2021 to foster the growth of women in technology through mentorship programs, events, networking opportunities, and professional support.

This partnership is not just about breaking barriers for women in technology today; it’s about cultivating a sustainable ecosystem for the next generation of women leaders in tech. Tapping into the collective wisdom and experiences of T200 members, we aim to empower this cohort of women to continue leading at some of the world’s largest companies.

“This collaboration not only opens doors for women in technology but also provides a unique opportunity for CIOs, CTOs, and other executives in the enterprise.”

“As a T200 founding member, I am thrilled about our partnership with Insight IGNITE. This collaboration not only opens doors for women in technology but also provides a unique opportunity for CIOs, CTOs, and other executives in the enterprise. Access to Insight Partners’ unique assets through IGNITE’s tailored events and programming is a game-changer,” says Diane Schwarz, Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Johnson Controls and T200 Board Member.

“The partnership with Insight IGNITE enables us to tap into a wealth of knowledge and expertise”

IGNITE will offer T200 members access to the IGNITE Enterprise Accelerator (IEA), a six-month professional growth program, enabling tech leaders and their teams to stay ahead of tech trends, gain insights from experts, connect with innovative founders, and build a diverse network. T200 will also be putting forth members for Insight’s Enterprise Technology Exchange, an exclusive global advisory council for 15 select CIOs who come together to share and discuss tech strategies and leadership in a private and trusted forum.

ETX allows leaders to be an advisor to our investors and our portfolio and play an invaluable role in helping Insight Partners better understand the priorities and challenges of the modern enterprise. With access to over 500 portfolio companies and their founders and a network of 2,000+ enterprise executives, Insight Partners and the IGNITE team bring a unique set of data points and perspectives to these enterprise and government leaders as they look to drive digital change.

“As leaders, staying ahead requires more than just innovation; it demands strategic insights and a robust network.”
