Ashleigh Charlson

HR Generalist

Ashleigh joined Insight in 2007. She previously worked at San Diego Hat Company as their Sales & Customer Service Supervisor, and later as their Tradeshow Coordinator.

Ashleigh graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BS in Journalism. She is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management and also holds the credential SHRM –CP.

Outside of work Ashleigh enjoys traveling to off-the-beaten path destinations, trying new foods, making jewelry, and teaching her dog Dingo new tricks.
