Meg Fitzgerald joined Insight in 2017 as the Vice President of Marketing. She leads marketing for the Insight brand, works closely with portfolio company executives on marketing and growth strategies, and supports investment due diligence. Meg specializes in demand generation and user acquisition through innovative marketing strategies.
Prior to Insight, Meg led a marketing team at Acquia, where she built and scaled the channel marketing function and developed demand generation and brand strategies to further strengthen and grow channel sales. Prior to joining Acquia, Meg worked on eBay’s strategy team where she led and managed cross-functional teams to execute projects on marketing, strategic growth opportunities, and operational needs. Meg also worked in e-commerce for Rakuten and has finance experience working for both Fidelity and Barclays. After college, she helped start an education-based non-profit in Malawi, Africa.
Meg graduated Summa Cum Laude from Tufts University with her B.A. in International Relations, French, and Media Studies. She received her MBA from The Fletcher School at Tufts University. In her free time, Meg enjoys yoga, traveling to as many new and faraway places as possible, art (creating it when she can and viewing it), exploring NYC neighborhoods, and anything Motown when it comes to music.
