Nalanie joined Insight’s Sales Center of Excellence with almost 10 years of experience across the consulting and technology industries. Nalanie consults with Insight’s portfolio companies to build scalable and effective go-to-market strategies. She also drives sales due diligence for potential investments.
Nalanie began her career in management consulting where she consulted for companies in the retail, hospitality, finance, and government sectors. Nalanie developed a keen interest in the power of data in business and specialized in financial data analytics. Nalanie’s most notable projects include financial readiness for a pre-IPO company, inventory assessment of an acquisition target for a national retailer, and fraudulent transaction identification for a commercial bank.
After receiving her MBA, Nalanie moved into the technology industry working for an ad-tech company, AppNexus, in New York. Nalanie took on roles in Sales and Product Operations and moved on to lead Field Operations. Nalanie led a team who supported strategic and operational initiatives for 300+ global individuals across the Sales, Services, and Marketing teams. AppNexus was acquired by AT&T in 2018 and Nalanie worked on integration activities pre and post-acquisition.
Nalanie earned a BBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Columbia Business School. During her time at Columbia, Nalanie interned for two growth stage companies and held leadership positions on Columbia’s Technology Business Group student board.
