Neal is a Vice President on the Insight Onsite team. He partners with portfolio companies tackling B2C marketing challenges where he focuses on organic growth, analytical paid demand generation, web and app conversion rate optimization, and using lifecycle and integrated marketing to improve retention, upsell, and LTV. He also engages in operational due diligences for B2C companies where marketing is a core component of the investment thesis.
Prior to Insight, Neal led marketing at Brigit (a small ticket online lender) where he helped rapidly scale paid social channels, before pivoting during the COVID recession to focus on customer retention and value optimization. Before Brigit, Neal was Head of Growth at MoneyLion (a neobank) and led conversion optimization efforts at Unison (a homebuying startup). He also has background in management consulting as an engagement manager at Oliver Wyman.
Neal holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Chemical Biomolecular Engineering. He also graduated with distinction and high honors from the Kellogg School of Management where he focused on Marketing and the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern where he studied Product Innovation and Design. In his free time, Neal enjoys skiing and scuba diving for some adrenaline, and handling his newborn daughter for some cortisol.
