Having gotten to grips with GDPR (2018) and CCPA (2020), marketers are now faced with a second wave of data privacy legislation in the form of CPRA and CDPA. These new bills bring with them numerous differences from their predecessors in applicability, definitions, exemptions, rights of actions, and consent. 

With this complex patchwork of legislation across geographies, we’re excited to have Gary Kibel of Davis & Gilbert LLP talk through the implications to Insight portfolio companies and strategies to ensure compliance to keep ahead of the curve.
