Listen to Business Experts Discuss the Future of Work

Allyson White | September 05, 2018| 1 min. read

Since Insight's inception in 1995, we have witnessed dramatic changes in the ways companies source talent and a trend toward agile workforces. Like many of our portfolio companies, we utilize tech-enabled platforms and networks to access on-demand freelancer and consultant talent.

To better understand the impact of having 68 million people engaged in independent work and how your company can tap into this labor pool, Insight hosted a digital panel discussion with leaders from Catalant, SpareHire and Guidepoint. During the conversation, the panelists shared their advice on how businesses can effectively leverage platforms and networks to solve business needs.

Here are some of the questions that were answered during this informative panel discussion:

  • What skills and capabilities do you see the most demand for today?
  • What corporate functions or projects will increasingly be outsourced to the "gig economy" using services like yours?
  • When should or shouldn’t a company use an external expert?

After listening to the discussion, we encourage you to share your thoughts and questions on Twitter @insightpartners.com or Insight's GO Network community platform (only available to portfolio companies).
